Weekly Rotating Menu
Each week, our chefs prepare a feast like none other. Although our menu will rotate, look for our weekly signature proteins: juicy Spatchcock Chicken, perfectly prepared in our wood-fired pits, and our house-made sausages. Our protein selections rotate pork, beef, sausage varieties, and Turkish kebab with flatbread. It’s our flavors that will keep you coming back each week. We are spice and brine mixologists! Enjoy scratch-made salads, fruit, and a few surprises.
