We are spice and brine mixologists! Each week, enjoy any and all of our signature proteins: Juicy Spatchcock Chicken – perfectly prepared in our wood-fired pits, a variety of House-made Sausages, Southern Pit Pork Steaks, Guadalajara-style Street Tacos, 12-hr Smoked Pork Shoulder, and Middle Eastern kebabs with DF Herb flatbread.
Included are our premium protein selections that rotate each week:
Whole Hogs, Tri Tip, Brisket, and Ribs. Enjoy scratch-made sides and salads, fruit, and a few surprises. Our chefs deliver a feast like none other!
